7. Purchases and Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases. All payments are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Sales tax will be added where required by law.

8. Subscriptions

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box on our booking form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from MyCare MD, including appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, booking updates, care team communications, and account alerts. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and interactions with our Services. Typical users receive between 2 and 6 messages per month.

No Sharing of SMS Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
